Drop in to quickly absorb mindfulness awareness practices (MAPs) that help you stay centered, manage stress, and appreciate the gifts of the present moment. For teens 15+ and adults.
Mondays, 6:00-6:30 pm
Wednesdays, 12:00-12:30 pm
